Frugal Friday – Word Art
A while ago I was perusing the decorating blogs while eating bon-bons and getting a
pedicure….. no wait a minute – that was in my dream..
Actually – I was just perusing the blogs and I came across a link to an online company called
I went and checked out their site and fell in love with what they do! They make
vinyl lettering to order, and you get to choose the words, the font, the size , and the color!
Or you can choose from their great selectionof sayings and styles. So I decided
I needed to put a phrase on my living room wall. I finally chose one,
measured the area and emailed Shelly and told her what I wanted.
She wrote me back and helped me figure out some details, then gave me a price.
Within just a few days I received my vinyl words!!
I did not get pics of the application of the words – they were so big and high on the wallit took all
of my and my husbands hands to do it – no
room for a camera!

The words are so easy to put up – she has them all in one piece so you
don’t have to place each letter. They are evenly spaced and ready to go!

What do you think? The frugal part of this post is that these words were
only $25.00. Smaller sizes are less expensive. But
I thought that was a bargain for the effect.

There are so many things you can do with these! Paint a piece of wood and
get your child’s name to put on it to hang on their door. Or just put the words
right on their door! Go to the website and check out some of the idea’s
they have there – you will love them. Shelly is a doll
and will help you with all the details.
And please ignore
the fact that my table is not centered under my clock in the above picture –
cause I really didn’t feel like retaking it….
and now – back to the bon-bons.

That is so cool! I might have to do that! $25 is not bad at all!
